Orange UK Launches its First Android Tablet, Tahiti

Orange has announced the Tahiti, its first Android tablet. The seven-incher will roll out across the company’s retail channels this week. The tablet costs £70 on a two-year, £25-per-month data contract.

The tablet runs the Android Honeycomb 3.2 operating system, provides access to free apps from the Android marketplace and comes with full Adobe Flash Player support.

The Tahiti weighs 390g and touts the following features:

7-inch multi-touch LCD screen
Dual core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor
5 megapixel camera
3G+ connection
